A Better Crane provides training and testing for operator training in Mobile, Overhead, Tower and Articulating cranes. New requirements for the qualification of crane operators were published by OSHA in the 29 CFR 1926 subpart CC on August 9, 2010. Under the new rule crane operators must either be certified by an accredited testing organization (such as NCCCO), or qualified by an audited employer program.  A Better Crane’s training programs are designed to train operators to be comfortable to take the NCCCO exams for crane operators. The NCCCO prep course provides operators with the knowledge and testing skills necessary to pass the official NCCCO Mobile, Overhead, Tower and Articulating Crane written and practical exams. The course consists of classroom training, written exams, operating practice, and practical exams.
